1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If we experience delays due to high order volume or stock issues, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Partners

We ship your orders through our trusted delivery partners:

  • Delhivery

  • DTDC

  • India Post

The partner used for your order will depend on your pin code, delivery speed, and service availability in your region.

 


 

2. Shipping Timeline

Delivery timelines vary by location. Estimated delivery time: 7-10 working days

This timeline is an estimate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Express Delivery (Optional)

  • Express delivery is available in case of urgent or emergency dispatch.

  • This service is chargeable and depends on courier availability for your pin code.

Standard and express delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


 


 

3. Shipping Charges

        We offer free shipping all over India for orders above INR 400/- 

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be available on select products during promotional periods.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available as of now.



 


 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/EMAIL/WHATSAPP.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 


 

5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address, phone number, and pin code are entered correctly.

Amadapetti is not responsible for:

  • Delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect address

  • Customer not being available at the time of delivery

  • Courier company’s failed attempts

If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address/unavailability:

  • Re-shipping charges will apply for a second attempt.

  • Cancellation of order and refund is not possible.

 


 

6. International Shipping

 We do offer international shipping.
International shipping rates and timelines vary based on the destination.

7. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Strikes by courier partners

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Operational issues of the courier company

We will assist you in tracking your package but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

 


 

8. Damaged Package on Delivery

If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Please record an unboxing video from start to end ; uncut and unedited.

  • Do not remove tags or packaging.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Email/WhatsApp us with photos and the video

This helps us process your replacement claim smoothly.

9. Change of Shipping Address

  • Address changes are allowed only before the order is dispatched.

  • Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the address.
