Refund / Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Replacement / Refund
- We only accept claims for damaged products during shipping.
- You must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
- For a valid claim, an unboxing video is mandatory (show the entire packaging being opened from the beginning with complete view of intact package, without cuts and edits).
- We do not offer refunds simply because you “changed your mind”.
2. Return Process
- If the product is eligible for replacement, you need to courier the item back to us (we currently do not offer pickup).
- Use a reliable courier service and pack the item carefully to avoid further damage.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the replacement.
3. Replacement
- Upon successful verification of damage, we will replace the damaged item with the same product if it is available in stock .If not,you can choose another product of same range.
- Replacement shipping will be borne by us.
4. Refund
- If a replacement is not possible (e.g., product out of stock), we may offer a refund.
- Refund will be provided to the original payment method.
- Once a refund is approved, it may take up to 7 working days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment processor / bank.
5. What Is Not Eligible
- Products that are used / worn / altered / not in their original condition.
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery
- Unboxing videos that are incomplete, have cuts, or do not clearly show the packaging and product.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping cost for returning a damaged product will be borne by us.
- If you request a reshipment due to your unavailability at the time of delivery (and the package returns), reshipment charges may apply.
7. Cancellation
- Once an order is placed, cancellation is not allowed.

8. How to Contact Us for Returns / Refunds
- Please reach out via amadapetti.india@gmail.com / 8592903151 immediately upon noticing damage.
- Provide your order number, photos of the damage, and unboxing video as mentioned earlier.
- Wait for our confirmation and the return address before sending the product back.
